We will provide you with a "Site Review Form", which will help guide you in your selection. After the location is approved, we will provide you with building plans and equipment specifications for a standard Atlantic City Sub Shops. Your architect will then adapt our plans to fit your particular location and forward them to us for approval prior to construction. TRAINING We will provide you with an extensive three week training program at one of our company owned locations in New Jersey. The training program includes marketing and sales instruction; training in food preparation; daily operations; inventory control; advertising and basic management skills. The training program will be conducted prior to opening of your location. There is no charge for the training program as it is included in your franchise fee. You will be responsible for travel, lodging, meals, salary, etc. OPENING Prior to the opening of your Franchise, A.C. Subs Inc. will provide you with a qualified representative who will be present to assist you in pre-opening and post-opening matters. This representative will work with you for a period of time and assist you with the hiring and training of your employees; overseeing the and post placement and testing of equipment, inventory ordering, food preparation and the initial operation of the restaurant. SUPPORT A.C. Subs Inc. will provide continued support after the opening of your Franchise. A representative will be available during business hours via our Support Line to assist you in all phases of your operation. In addition to phone support, periodic direct mailers will keep you in touch with new products, preparation techniques, advertising promotions and other business ideas. NEXT Completely fill out the confidential application and return it to us. You will be promptly contacted by our representative to review your application. Next we will schedule a meeting to discuss the franchise and observe an Atlantic City Sub Shops in operation. After the initial meeting and your visit to our facility, you will be provided with a Franchise Offering Circular and Franchise Agreement, provided that your financial report is favorable. You will have ten (10) business days to review both of these documents with your attorney. After this period, please sign and return the agreement along with the $15,000 Franchise Fee to A.C.
